  • SmartRFy 1 Channel Relay...

    £4.16

The SmartRFy relay modules are available in 1, 2, and 4 channel versions and give the ability to remotely switch electrical devices via other SmartRFy modules. For example, a SmartRFy relay module can be used to switch a floodlight when triggered by a PIR sensor connected to a remote SmartRFy digital TX module without requiring any configuration.

  • SmartRFy Digital Tx Module

    £3.33

The SmartRFy digital Tx module provides a set of 4 digital input pins which can be used to remotely control other SmartRFy modules. In particular when coupled with the digital Rx module (HCMODU0142) each pin on the Rx module will mimic the state of the 4 digital input pins on the Tx module without needing any configuration. Similarly, the Digital Tx module can be used to directly control the relays on a 1, 2, or 4 channel SmartRFy relay module.

  • SmartRFy Digital Rx Module

    £3.33

The SmartRFy digital Rx module provides a set of 4 digital output pins which can be remotely controlled by other SmartRFy modules. In particular, when coupled with the digital Tx module (HCMODU0143) each pin on the Rx module will mimic the state of the 4 digital input pins on the Tx module without needing any configuration.

  • SmartRFy USB Module

    £7.49

The SmartRFy USB module adds the ability to monitor and control a SmartRFy network directly from a computer. Connection to the computer is simply a case of connecting the module to the computers USB port via a micro USB cable (not supplied). Once connected the USB module will appear as a standard serial communication port which can then be used to send and receive text based SmartRFy commands to any remote SmartRFy module. By appearing as a standard serial port many types of third party software can be used with the USB module - from serial terminal programs to dedicated automation software such as Node-RED. This opens up the potential for far more advanced control and automation of SmartRFy modules.

  • SmartRFy Sensor Module

    £7.49

The SmartRFy sensor module adds the option to remotely monitor various sensors via a SmartRFy network connection. The sensor module includes a temperature and humidity sensor (DHT22) and has the ability to measure ambient light levels via an integrated photo-resistor. Out of the box the module will automatically transmit readings from these sensors once every 60 seconds (when reconfigured via the module serial port this can be changed from 10 to 65535 seconds) which can then be received by other SmartRFy devices with receive capability. For example remote sensor readings can be read directly into a computer via a SmartRFy USB module, or a SmartRFy relay module can be configured to trigger depending on sensor values transmitted from a remote sensor module.

  • Hobby Components SmartLCD...

    £2.91

The SmartLCD backpack module is designed to be interfaced directly to the parallel interface of commonly available 16x02 and 20x04 LCD alphanumeric displays using the Hitachi HD44780 controller (see hobby components items HCMODU0013, HCMODU0038, & HCMODU0039 for compatible displays). Once soldered to the rear of one of these displays the SmartLCD backpack module turns these displays into intelligent serial devices which can then be controlled via either a serial UART or I2C interface. It also requires no software or libraries to initialise the display, output text to the screen or control the features of the module, which reduces development time and frees up much needed resources in your microcontroller or development board.

  • Hobby Components 2004 SmartLCD

    £7.91

The 2004 SmartLCD module is a serially controlled 4 line by 20 character alphanumeric LCD display. Unlike most serial LCD modules on the market the 2004 SmartLCD includes a microcontroller which gives the module a rich set of features. It also requires no software or libraries to initialise the display, output text to the screen or control the features of the module, which reduces development time and frees up much needed resources in your microcontroller or development board. The SmartLCD can be used in one of 3 modes
