  • mLink Character LCD (20x4)

    £7.49

The mLink Character LCDs are serial (I2C/IIC) LCD displays available in either 16 column by 2 row (16x2), or 20 column by 4 row (20x4) options. Because they use a standard I2C interface they are compatible with most microcontrollers including Arduino, are addressable (address can be changed in software), and only require 2 data pins for communication. Unlike standard serial or parallel character displays they require no configuration or setup to use them saving on development time and code size.

  • mLink 4x4 Matrix Keypad

    £6.66

The mLink 4x4 matrix keypad is a panel mountable serial (I2C/IIC) 16 key tactile keypad. On the rear of the keypad is mounted a mLink module which continuously scans the keypad (with automatic debouncing) for any key presses. If a key is pressed the module stores the key as an 8 bit ASCII value which can then be read out of its serial interface. It is compatible with other mLink or standard I2C modules allowing you to daisy-chain several different types of modules together using only the two I2C pins of your microcontroller.

  • mLink NTC Temperature Sensor

    £3.33

The mLink NTC temperature sensor is a serial (I2C/IIC) module that interfaces to a wired remote NTC temperature sensor probe (supplied with module). The module continuously takes measurements from the sensor probe and provides the results as a temperature in degrees centigrade via its serial I2C interface. It is compatible with other mLink or standard I2C modules allowing you to daisy-chain several different types of modules together using only the two I2C pins of your microcontroller. Its default I2C address can be changed via software so that multiple NTC modules can be connected to one microcontroller.

  • SY8205 7 to 30 input,...

    £2.49

A compact DC to DC power supply module that can accept a wide input voltage range of 7 to 30V (< 24V recommended) with a high current output capability. By default the module will convert the input voltage to a stable 5V output. However by use of solderable pads the output voltage can be changed to either 3.3V, 9V, or 12V should a different voltage be required. Input and output connections are via large solderable pads.

  • SY8205 7 to 30 input, 5V 5A...

    £3.16

A compact DC to DC power supply module that can accept a wide input voltage range of 7 to 30V (< 24V recommended) with a high current output capability. The module will step down the input voltage to a fixed stable 5V output. Input and output connections are via large solderable pads and also includes a grid of pads in an arrangement for powering multiple servos (max number of servos will be dependant on power requirements of each servo), or just for convenient connection of multiple 5V devices. Should you not require the additional pads these can be broken off leaving the main large output pads.

  • Open-Smart 6Ch 2.4GHz Tx &...

    £5.83

This item consists of a 2.4GHz transmitter and receiver module. When powered for the first time the modules must be paired using built-in pairing buttons on each module. Once paired the receiver module will then only respond to a paired transmitter.

  • MQ-2 Smoke/Gas, MQ-3...

    £5.83

This is a sensor module kit that contains 3 of the most popular gas sensor modules: smoke/gas sensor MQ-2, alcohol sensor MQ3 and a carbon monoxide sensor MQ7.

NOTE: These sensor modules are for educational purposes only. They should not be used in safety critical applications.

    MQ-2:
    - Type: Smoke/Gas Sensor
    - Detection types: Liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, coal gas, smoke
    - Operating voltage: 5V
    - Analog output AO: the higher the concentration of combustible gas, the higher the output voltage
    - Digital output DO: Adjustable concentration alarms by potentiometer, when the concentration exceeds the threshold you set, it outputs low level, otherwise high level output, and it can be connected to microcontroller or relay modules.

  • Open-Smart ZIF programming...

    £5.83

This Arduino shield turns your existing Arduino Uno or Arduino Mega board into an ICSP programmer for programming ATMega328P, ATMega168P, or ATMega8 ICs via its integrated ZIF socket. Using this shield you can directly burn a bootloader or sketch directly from the Arduino IDE. It includes an on-board buzzer and LED indicators, indicating whether the burning is successful and as it makes use of a ZIF socket it is convenient for Arduino board designers for batch burning.

  • 4x4x4 V2 LED Cube Kit (Blue)

    £8.32

LED light cubes are a hugely popular and fun project and with this kit you will have all the parts to build your very own 64 LED cube. The kit has been specifically designed to be easy to build and includes only through-hole components so that even someone with basic soldering skills, a soldering iron and a few simple tools can build it. It comes pre-flashed with 13 animations so is ready to go as soon as its all been soldered together

For Arduino users this kit is also Arduino compatible and together with our free Arduino library you can write and upload your own cube animations (requires the Arduino IDE and a USB to serial adapter to upload sketches).
