Due to the ever-evolving situation with COVID-19, deliveries to some countries/areas will be delayed. If your country or area is in lock-down or your local postal service is not working at full capacity, please bare in mind that deliveries will be delayed and that, unfortunately, we are unable to control this in any way. Additionally, we are unable to chase the location of shipped items outside the UK if the destination is a country currently locked down. We kindly ask for your patience in this matter. Tracked deliveries should work as normal and show where your order is, but again, updates may be delayed. Please note that for untracked services we will be unable to advise on your orders current location. for this reason we would recommend choosing a tracked service at checkout.
We will continue to dispatch orders as normal whilst Royal Mail and DHL are in operation. As a precautionary measure, we have temporarily removed our collection in person option.
3rd April: Special Delivery option has been re-activated. However, delivery time is extended to 9pm instead of Royal Mail's usual 1pm.

19th March 2020: SPECIAL DELIVERY ORDERS - As of today, Royal Mail are no longer able to guarantee Special Delivery items, and so we have removed this option. Should this change, we will update this page and reactivate that shipping method.
24th March 2020: In compliance with the latest govornement recommendations we are no longer allowing items to be collected or purchased directly from our office. Therefore our office is now closed to customers; however, online orders will be fulfilled as normal.

We know you want your items as quickly as possible, that’s why we process and dispatch your order within 24 hours (excluding Sundays). We only charge one postage fee for multiple items across our entire product range. All delivery options for your location will be presented to you at checkout.
Please check your address is accurate before submitting your order. Once an order is processed we are not normally able to make address changes.
Can I pick up my order in person?
We keep all our stock on-site and orders can be collected in person. When placing an order through our website simply select the “Collection in Person” delivery option and you will not be charged a delivery fee. Please note, our normal opening times are 9am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. If travelling from afar, please contact us first to confirm your order will be ready for collection.

How long does delivery take?
Please see the following table for average* delivery times. Due to the current situation caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, delivery times may take longer than the normal times quoted in the tables below. Please see message at the top of this page.

How do I cancel my order?
Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number. It is important to contact us as soon as possible as we dispatch orders twice a day and once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel.
When will I receive my item?
Items are normally dispatched within 24 hours (same day if ordered before 2pm excluding weekends). Once dispatched delivery times will depend on your location and chosen delivery service. You can reference the above table to determine when you should expect to receive it by. Please note that quoted average shipping times are for how long an item normally takes to be delivered to your destination, but in some cases may take longer (see maximum shipping time).
Where is my item?
If you selected a tracked service at checkout you will have received a tracking number in your dispatch notification email. For tracked items dispatched by non-courier services you can use your countries postal service website to track your item.
PLEASE NOTE if a non-tracked postage option was selected we will unfortunately be unable to advise as to its current location other than confirming dispatch or delivery.
My order didn't arrive, what should I do?
Items are normally dispatched within 24 hours (same day if ordered before 2pm excluding weekends). Once dispatched, items normally arrive quickly however sometimes orders may take longer to arrive. You can find the average and maximum shipping times for your chosen delivery service from the shipping table above. If your item is taking longer than the average shipping time then we recommend contacting your local post office or mail depot incase of a missed delivery, as a card may not be left. We also recomend checking your delivery address (which can be found in your dispatch notification email or by logging into your account) to ensure it is correct.
How do I find my tracking number?
If you have selected a tracked service, your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is processed. Please note that tracking information may not update for 24 hours. Please use one of the following links to track your order.
