Due to the ever-evolving situation with COVID-19, deliveries to some countries/areas will be delayed. If your country or area is in lock-down or your local postal service is not working at full capacity, please bare in mind that deliveries will be delayed and that, unfortunately, we are unable to control this in any way. Additionally, we are unable to chase the location of shipped items outside the UK if the destination is a country currently locked down. We kindly ask for your patience in this matter. Tracked deliveries should work as normal and show where your order is, but again, updates may be delayed.
We will continue to dispatch orders as normal whilst Royal Mail and DHL are in operation.
15th July: We are now accepting collection orders. However, we require that you place your order online so that we can prepare it in advance to minimise contact. We would also ask that you wait for confirmation that the order is ready before setting off to collect. When in the building, please maintain the 2m social distancing and if, when you arrive, there is another customer in the office, please wait outside until they leave.
19th April: We are seeing delays in delivery across the world (including the UK) and ask that customers bare this in mind when placing orders. For UK customers, when ordering, if you need your items urgently, we ask that you consider using the Special Delivery options available at checkout. Customers are kindly requested to please bare with the postal service(s), who are under tremendous strain at the moment. We are unable to look into the whereabouts of your orders and don't wish to add additional strain to the postal service(s) by sending requests for updates to them. We thank you for your continued patience.
3rd April: Special Delivery option has been re-activated. However, delivery time is extended to 9pm instead of Royal Mail's usual 1pm.
29th March 2020: DHL Global Mail have suspended shipment of items to the following countries. This means that until further notice we are unable to ship items to these locations:

24th March 2020: In compliance with the latest govornement recommendations we are no longer allowing items to be collected or purchased directly from our office. Therefore our office is now closed to customers; however, online orders will be fulfilled as normal.
19th March 2020: SPECIAL DELIVERY ORDERS - Royal Mail are no longer able to guarantee Special Delivery items, and so we have removed this option. Should this change, we will update this page and reactivate that shipping method.
18th March 2020: As a precautionary measure, we have temporarily removed our collection in person option.
