This is a generic brand Arduino 2560 Mega compatible development board. It has been built to the Arduino revision 3 specification and contains the standard Arduino Mega bootloader which means that it is completely compatible with the Arduino IDE, any sketches written to work with the Arduino R3 Mega, and any Mega compatible shields and hardware.
This board is supplied with a 0.5M USB cable which allows the Mega to be programmed and powered via a USB port and so no additional hardware is required to perform it via a computer running the Arduino IDE.
