The component side the board is coated in white silkscreen making it useful for making component layouts with a permanent pen and gives an overall quality appearance to your project compared to standard prototyping board...

On the opposite side 31 horizontal tracks running the full length of the board connect components placed on the same row together. These tracks can be cut using a craft knife, drill bit, or track cutter.
