Simply apply power to its VCC and GND inputs and the relay will energise after a fixed time period which can be adjusted between 0 and 2 seconds via the on-board multi-turn potentiometer. A screw terminal block provides connection to the relays normally closed, common, normally open contacts. LEDs indicate power and relay state.
